WINTER WINE MARKET presents a curated line-up of wines to taste. Each captures the cool climate at its finest, with pure elegance and regional distinction in every glass. Wander at your own pace, meet the makers behind the labels, and hear the stories that shape every bottle. From new releases to cellar favourites, you’ll have the chance to taste, connect, and secure orders for your top picks, all in one setting in the heart of Perth.

Fried Sushi Rice with popcorn cauliflower, smoked paprika, roasted garlic and parmesan mayonnaise

Coronation Chicken Pastry Horn with Indian spices, Kewpie, roasted nuts, sultanas + parsley

Black Focaccia + Basil Pesto with sundried tomatoes and stracciatella

Each participating winery will showcase three to six Great Southern wines for tasting, carefully selected by the owners and winemakers for their distinctive character, popularity, and the unique stories behind them.
