Grapes & Gallops Festival

Head on down to Mount Barker Turf Club for their fantastic Grapes and Gallops event – combining racing and incredible local wines! Locals and visitors to the Great Southern come together to celebrate the region’s award-winning wine and local produce. Some of the most awarded winemakers produce wine right here, so where better to celebrate! You can try varietals from wineries such as Arcadia Wines, Galafrey Wines, Gilberts Wines, Hawkers Ridge Wines Plantagenet Wines and West Cape Howe. Not to mention the fashion, live music and of course, horse racing! Mt Barker Racecourse resides in the Shire of Plantagenet, approximately 370kms South West of Perth, Western Australia.
