‘A Sense of Place’ Taste experience and Wholly Local Picnic to Feast

11.00am – 1.00pm and 2.00pm – 4.00pm sessions available each day.
A wine tasting with a difference. You will be greeted warmly by your Singlefile host at their award-winning Cellar Door with a glass of sparkling then led on a tour of Singlefile’s estate vineyards and stunning grounds.
In their Private Tasting Room, they will guide you through current vintage varietals and back vintages from their museum, as well as a special barrel tasting. A true behind-the-scenes insight into Singlefile’s history, vineyard and people that showcases the best of the Great Southern wine region.
To finish or begin your time at the vineyard, Singlefile encourage guests to include a gourmet picnic hamper from Wholly Local to enjoy in their Cellar Door. Come early for the 2pm session or stay onwards after the 11 am session. Hampers need to be booked at the time of booking your Sense of Place tickets.
Most dietary requirements can be accommodated and hampers will be available to collect from Singlefile on the day of your visit.
Wholly Local are a small Denmark business, run by sisters Tammy and Michelle, who’s passion for cooking, food and beautiful handmade goods have allowed them to support and provide local fare from many of the regions top producers. All the goods provided in their store and your hamper on the day are of locally farmed, produced and crafted fresh, prepared and packaged foods.
You can find their store in the heart of Denmark town on South Coast Highway as you drive into town!
General Ticket includes 1-2 hour guided tour of Singlefile Wines’ estate and tasting of 7 wines in our Private Tasting Room on the property.
Hamper Ticket includes as above plus a Wholly Local Hamper for two, containing the below:

Fresh seasonal dip (Wholly Local Fresh Foods)
Marinated olives (Cherry Boots)
